Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial performance.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure that all supplies are stocked for the morning team.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
