Responsibilities:
- Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with brand standards
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate departments
- Training and supporting housekeeping staff to meet quality standards
- Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies when needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping (required)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
