Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City-Shawnee. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing guest satisfaction and promoting our hotel's reputation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Assist with phone calls and manage reservations through various channels.
• Conduct night audits as required to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Previous operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest interactions professionally.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
