We invite you to join our team of Housekeepers at our hotel here in Columbia, South Carolina. We're looking for candidates with experience cleaning rooms, knowledge of modern cleaning techniques, and a dedication to customer service. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms as well as public spaces such as the lobby and reception area. You will also be taking out the trash and recycling weekly and helping the other housekeeping staff when they need assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow policies and procedures.
- Follow directions from supervisors.
- Rule-out unsafe cleaning products.
- Clean assigned areas.
- Use cleaning tools and equipment.
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures.
- Follow safe driving guidelines.
- Be able to lift and carry cleaning equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
