What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Fairfield Inn & Suites Hardeeville I-95 North?
The Guest Service Representative is the “face” of the hotel and is the first and main point of contact for guests. They are responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience by conducting front desk operations in an efficient, accurate, and thorough manner. This role works closely with the team in other departments as well to help provide an excellent guest experience.
Guest Relations:
- Provide an excellent guest experience to all guests by greeting them with a warm, friendly smile and helping as needed
- Greet each guest using Name and Marriott Bonvoy Status
- Perform duties in an efficient and accurate manner to present as little difficulty to the guest as possible
- Take steps to ensure the greatest guest satisfaction possible
- Respond to situations as they arise and manage guest conflict
Additional Duties:
- Being a part of a "Team" you may be asked to assist other departments with laundry, breakfast and houseperson duties when needed.
- All other duties as assigned by supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
