- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services
- Handle reservations and cancellations accurately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable
Requirements:
- Proven experience in guest relations or customer service
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Background in hospitality, guest services, or hotel management
