Job Overview
We are seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our team at a busy hotel restaurant. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Duties
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and serving breakfast items with a smile.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables and taking out trash.
- Ensure the breakfast buffet is stocked and replenished as needed.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including restocking supplies and cleaning the dining area.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, preferably in a breakfast or brunch environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
