We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team! The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of the hotel while providing exceptional customer service during the overnight shift. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage front desk operations, perform night audits, and ensure guest satisfaction in a calm and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Operate phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours, monitoring access points.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, including multilingual support if applicable.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or as a Night Auditor is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- A background in a hotel environments is a plus, contributing to an understanding of guest needs in hospitality settings.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

- Evenings as needed
- Holidays
- Nights as needed

- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
