HOUSEPERSON DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide housekeepers with the items needed to clean guest rooms and help stock the carts.
- Stripping linen from checked out rooms, stocking the housekeeping shelves.
- Make sure that outside areas, like patios, sidewalks and parking lot are kept clean, tidy and in working order.
- Taking care of common areas in a hotel, such as the lobby, restrooms and pool area where applicable.
- Must be detail-oriented, have good customer service skills, be able to lift some heavy items and understand cleaning basics.
SHUTTLE DRIVER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide reliable and courteous transportation service to our guests, with safety as a top priority
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; keeping assigned vehicles clean, inside and out
- Operate and maintain assigned vehicles in accordance with local laws and ordinances
- Ensuring that the vehicle remains full with fuel
- Assisting guests in and out of the vehicle as needed
- Providing prompt pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring guests will experience limited wait time
- Providing excellent service, recognizing each guest by name, engaging in polite conversation
Skills and Qualifications:
- MAINTAIN A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE WITH AN “F” ENDORSEMENT
- MAINTAIN A SAFE AND CLEAR DRIVING RECORD
- MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25
- Work experience in Housekeeping/Janitorial preferred
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Good physical health and stamina
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- High school diploma is a plus
