Night Auditor (11 PM – 7 AM)
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction during overnight hours. The Night Auditor plays a key role in providing superior customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with night audit duties.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently and courteously check guests into and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Payment Processing: Handle all payments, whether cash or credit card, accurately and promptly.
- Guest Privacy: Ensure guest keys are properly distributed and privacy is maintained.
- Assistance: Provide assistance to guests whenever possible, answering inquiries regarding hotel policies and services.
- Night Audit Reports: Run and complete night audit reports as required.
- Property Promotion: Positively represent and promote the property to enhance guest experience.
- Safety & Security: Follow established procedures for guest safety and security throughout the night.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
