We’re looking for an energetic Front Desk Associate to join our busy and professional team! The successful candidate should be a friendly, outgoing, driven with a guest service oriented demeanor. The ideal Front Desk Associate candidate will be able to effectively multitask, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor. Must have basic computer skills (Fosse knowledge is a plus!)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Welcoming, checking in and exceeding guest expectations by anticipating the services they might require
- Imparting knowledge to the local area including attractions and restaurants
- Communicating information about the hotel amenities and policies
- Exhibiting computer skills; accurate cash and credit card handling
- Solving problems and guest requests
- Delivering impeccable guest service
- Any other duties assigned by management
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
