We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure a smooth overnight experience for our guests. This position plays a key role in providing outstanding customer service while managing check-ins, check-outs, and nightly hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, accurately, and courteously.
- Process payments (cash and credit cards) with precision.
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries about hotel policies and services.
- Maintain guest privacy and security, ensuring proper distribution of room keys.
- Run night audit reports and reconcile daily transactions.
- Address guest concerns and provide assistance as needed.
- Promote the hotel and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect guests and hotel property.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Availability to work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours during a shift.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for handling reservations and reports.
