Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant breakfast experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean dining area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any special requests
- Monitor and replenish food items as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in kitchen duties such as food preparation and dishwashing
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests effectively
- Ability to operate POS systems and cash registers
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Basic culinary skills for simple food preparation
- Experience as a dietary aide or delivery driver is beneficial
- Excellent guest service skills to provide a welcoming environment
