We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Your primary focus will be to ensure a clean, welcoming environment while preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining the buffet area, and assisting guests with their needs. Responsibilities
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide assistance and answer questions regarding menu items.
- Prepare coffee and other beverages, ensuring they are served at the appropriate temperature.
- Handle delivery of breakfast items to guest rooms when necessary.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or catering environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Must be able to use kitchen tools safely, including knives for food preparation.
