We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Front Desk Manager will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests and handling inquiries.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Handle staff scheduling and corrective counseling
- Provide clerical support, including data research and guest communications.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - Assist with accounts receivables, corporate accounts, and group reservation inquiries and fullfillment - Manage meeting space sales, scheduling, and fulfillment - Manage the market place inventory, ordering, and merchandising
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in clerical tasks, including filing and data management.
- Extensive experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
