Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including training and scheduling
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company and Marriott Brand standards
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs effectively
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
