We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during the breakfast service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Serve breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments.
- Assist guests with their needs, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain food safety standards by monitoring food temperatures and ensuring proper storage.
- Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Restock food items as necessary throughout the breakfast service.
- Collaborate with team to ensure timely delivery of food items.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and surfaces after service.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
- Experience as a dietary aide or delivery driver is beneficial but not required.
