Duties
- Oversee daily operations at the hotel front desk
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Train and supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory and guest information
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus
