- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows; and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
- Change bed linens and towels, restock supplies, and ensure all rooms are well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and safety protocols.
- Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
