We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and standards.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets in the facility.
- Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences in a friendly manner.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize effectively across various surfaces.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and guests.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning methods and equipment usage.
