Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Repair machinery and equipment using schematics and mechanical knowledge
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems
- Lead maintenance projects and supervise contractors when needed
- Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing maintenance requests
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including welding and residential painting
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
