Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools and equipment to perform repairs.
- Understand electrical circuits and diagnose malfunctions.
- Schedule repairs and manage contractors.
- Plan, organize, and supervise repairs to keep facilities running smoothly.
- Take initiative to solve problems or deal with issues before they escalate.
- Follow safety procedures when working on electrical systems.
- Knowledge working on HVAC units.
- Door lock mechanism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
