## Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HOSPITALITY TEAM to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Help with daily operations in designated areas to ensure exceptional customer service across the board within the realms of hospitality, guest support and guest relations.
Ensuring guest satisfaction.
Implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Develop and maintain inventory management.
Implement cost-control measures.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to stay motivated within the team.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Industry trends and best practices.
