Available Shifts:

* 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Audit)

* 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Front Desk)

* 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Morning Front Desk – limited availability)

Job Description

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Process payments and balance the register (Night Audit only)

• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude

• Weekends as needed
