Night Auditor/Front Desk

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of hotel services during the night shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, handling guest inquiries, and performing nightly financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring access to the premises during night hours.
• Assist with any administrative tasks as required by management.

• Strong background in hospitality industry experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Proficient in front desk operations and familiar with hotel management software.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.87 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
