Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast service. Your primary focus will be on food preparation, ensuring cleanliness, and providing excellent guest relations. Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
- Ensure all food items are presented attractively and maintained at appropriate temperatures.
- Monitor food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist guests with their meal selections and provide information about menu items.
- Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Replenish food items as needed throughout the service.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Experience in hotel food service is preferred.
- Exceptional guest relations skills to foster a positive dining experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
