Duties:
- Lead and manage all hotel departments to deliver high-quality service aligned with company and brand standards.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses to achieve profitability goals.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Uphold food safety standards, inventory control procedures, and culinary excellence.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to maintain a culture of exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the corporate office on marketing initiatives and brand compliance.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
