Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and guest accounts.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Provide outstanding guest relations by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and occupancy rates.
- Prepare daily reports on hotel performance metrics for management review.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.
