PRIMARY PURPOSE
Maintain accurate attendance records for the campus. perform data entry including attendance, with knowledge of the Student Attendance Accounting Handbook (SAAH), Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data and grades.
The position involves extensive daily data entry and record keeping, as well as essential reporting and verification. Limited summer hours required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree, or 48 hours of college credit preferred
- Computer proficiency required
- PEIMS experience and/or school front office skills preferred
- Ability to professionally communicate with parents, staff and students
