Responsibilities
· Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome.
· Manage check-in and check-out procedures swiftly and accurately.
· Handle guest reservations and provide information about available rooms and rates.
· Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
· Assist with billing and payment processing at the front desk.
· Provide guests with information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
· Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Drive the airport shuttle as needed.
Requirements
· Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in using computer systems.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest issues effectively.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
