What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Shift (11pm to 7am) position at Fairfield Port Clinton Waterfront?
The Fairfield Port Clinton Waterfront Hotel is looking for a part time night auditor. Hours for this position are 11pm to 7am. The position is for two days per week with occasional additional nights to cover in event of time off for the full time Night Auditor.
Additional Hours are avalible if interested in working 3pm to 11pm
Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with room availability and hotel facilities information
- Make reservations over the phone
- Answer incoming telephone calls and provide information on hotel’s services
- Offer guests advice on local shopping and eating areas
- Communicate with staff on the previous shift to manage guests’ arrivals and reservations
- Inform management of any discrepancies in front desk operations
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
