We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
## Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and HVAC repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations as needed
- Snow Removal
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
## Experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in electrical systems and HVAC and troubleshooting
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Leadership skills to guide maintenance projects effectively
