Vice President of Revenue Management
Job Summary
As a Vice President of Revenue Management, you will lead the revenue management team to develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize rental income and occupancy across our multifamily portfolio. Your responsibilities include analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand, conducting regular reviews, and providing insights for adjustments. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Reports to : Director of Revenue Management
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Asset Management and Property Management teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals and strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and economic indicators to inform pricing decisions.
- Utilize data analytics and revenue management software to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of revenue management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual base salary.
The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity
