Fairfield Woodworks in Lancaster, OH is looking for an experienced woodworker / carpenter to join our team.

Day Shift, Weekdays, Schedule has some flexibility in working an 8 hour day between the hours of 630am and 430pm.

Responsibilities

  • Building, designing and finishing custom cabinetry products
  • Maintaining a clean work environment
  • Overseeing the fabrication of woodworking orders
  • Accurately following CAD drawings during build and / or finish process of cabinet making

    • Job Requirements :

  • Experience with power tools a must, including saws and hand tools
  • Understanding and accuracy with a tape measurer
  • Valid drivers license
  • Previous work history in the carpentry trade to include one of the following : design, building or finishing in residential or commercial applications

    Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $30.00 / hour.

Ron taught his sons Jed and Ben woodworking craftsmanship. After Rons retirement Jed has taken ownership and continues to operate the business under the same ethics, work principles and integrity as his father. By offering high quality custom cabinetry, friendly and efficient service at a great price Fairfield Woodworks has been able to expand and serve a variety of consumer needs. At the present we work with Home Owners, Contractors, Custom homebuilders and Interior Designers to provide woodworking products for a variety of client needs. Whether you are building your first home, remodeling an existing or looking to add something special to update your current cabinets we have the people, skills and knowledge to help your visions become a reality. We are currently remodeling our showroom to keep up with the new trends in home design. We hope to have the new showroom ready for our clients to view by winter of 2019.
