Set up area in accordance with opening procedures. Operates cash register and displays cost of customer purchase, tax, and rebates on monitor screen, where available. Makes change and issues receipts when requested. Prepares menu items to standard recipes. Prepares menu items to order. Records amounts received and prepare cashier reports. Maintain sanitation in accordance with local and state health department regulations. Prepare inventory at end of shift. Answers questions concerning racing, schedules, and reservations, and gives information concerning coming attractions. Keeps work area neat and clean, restocking at beginning and end of shift. Closes area in accordance with closing procedures. Provides outstanding Customer Service at all times while conducting themselves in a manner consistent with the highest ethical and moral standards prevailing in the business community in which we operate.
Performs all other duties, as assigned.
