We are actively seeking a motivated individual with marketing experience to fill our newly created Marketing Liaison position.
Schedule and Pay Information :
- Hours : part-time (approx. 20 hours per week)
- Position Pay Scale : $20 - 25 an hour (depending on experience)
Primary Function : The Marketing Liaison (ML) is r esponsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships with external referral sources to promote Fairhaven's service and increase and maintain the resident census. The ML participates in community education activities, community outreach efforts, and aligns efforts with Fairhaven's strategic plan and mission.
Essential Functions :
Markets Fairhaven's services and programs to key referral sources including physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospital personnel including but not limited to case managers, discharge planners and other appropriate referral sources.
Serves as a brand ambassador for Fairhaven through positive engagement with professional groups, attendance of relevant community events, and related networking activities to increase and improve Fairhaven's public image and resident census.Develops and conducts educational programs and related printed material. Participates in community education and outreach efforts.Monitors and reports any feedback from referral sources, communities, patients, or customers that may positively or negatively affect organizational operations.Works independently but also willingly assists team members to meet organizational goals, customer service initiatives, and current or prospective resident needs.Maintains a commitment to the Fairhaven's mission by fostering a work culture that embraces teamwork, creativity, independent thinking, and high degree of co-worker support and respect.Maintains accurate expense reports and accounting for marketing activities.Performs general office duties including but not limited to maintaining departmental records related to sales and marketing activitiesResponsible for safeguarding privacy and confidentiality of all resident health care information which includes complying with all HIPAA regulations.Immediately reports incidents of abuse, neglect, or a violation of the resident's rights.Essential Qualifications & Requirements :
Physical condition allowing for normal office duties including but not limited to; sitting, reaching, grasping, walking the entire facility, use of arms and hands continuously, ability to read, and use the telephone, fax, copier, computer, and other office equipment.Ability and willingness to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Ability to use reasonable prudent judgment in the problem-solving and decision-making process.Advanced communication skills to build rapport and ensure positive and professional interactionsAbility to use computers, software, and other technologies to complete assignmentsComfortable with multitask environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.Ability and willingness to adhere to all regulations specified in the Fairhaven employee handbook, procedures, and policy documents.Must be comfortable in a Christian environment and be willing to work toward Fairhaven's mission to "provide a comfortable lifestyle and exceptional care which enhances quality of life in a manner that glorifies God."Experience & Education or skills preferred :
High school or equivalent2-3 years of sales or marketing experience in related fieldAdvanced communication skills which allow interactions in a positive, professional, compassionate, and understanding manner.Excellent data entry and Microsoft office skills.Working Conditions
