Outbound Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, people-first Outside Sales Representative who’s passionate about food and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Your main role is to build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, chefs, and foodservice clients—ensuring they get the freshest seafood, right when they need it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new restaurant and foodservice accounts
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Communicate daily with chefs, kitchen managers, and purchasing teams
• Understand each client’s menu needs and recommend seafood options
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure timely deliveries
• Track orders, manage follow-ups, and resolve service issues promptly
• Stay updated on seafood inventory, market trends, and pricing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in foodservice or seafood
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
