Employment Attorney Position
FairLaw Firm is hiring another attorney for an in-office position to handle an active caseload of employment law matters. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating cases in Florida state and federal courts, preferably involving employment law issues. Compensation :
90,000 - Based on Experience
Responsibilities :
- Interacting with clients and opposing counsel;
- Legal research and factual analysis to develop case strategies and arguments;
- Assessing potential case outcomes;
- Conducting depositions, witness interviews, and client consultations;
- Appearing in court proceedings, including hearings and settlement conferences, and at mediations;
- Advising and counseling clients;
- A fast-paced and busy schedule;
- Cordial and casual work environment.
The ideal attorney will be self-motivated, organized, efficient, honest, personable, an effective communicator, and persuasive.

The firm's office is in Coral Gables, close to Merrick Park, and has covered parking. It is nicely appointed, quiet, and clean and provides a professional work environment. Salary : $90,000
