Pool Gate Attendant
Employment Type: Seasonal, Full or Part Time
Reports to: Director of Aquatics
Education and/or Experience
- Some High School required.
General Job Tasks and Functions
- Greets members and guests, distribute towels and charge guest fees as necessary.
- Maintains guest log.
- Answers questions regarding swim hours, programs and events both in person and over the phone.
- Maintains the main entrance to the Aquatics Complex in a clean and professional manner.
- Monitors towel usage to adhere to the towel policy.
- Folds clean towels as they return from the laundry area.
- Alerts other pool staff if towels or other supplies need replenished.
- Assists other pool staff and performs appropriate role during an emergency.
- Completes opening and closing duties as assigned.
Licenses and Special Requirements
- American Red Cross Basic First Aid, training on AED units and possession of a current Red Cross CPR card preferred.
