The Coordinator of Student Rights & Responsibilities reports directly to the Associate Dean and Director of Student Rights and Responsibilities. This role’s principal responsibility is to assist in overseeing matters pertaining to student behavior, student conduct, and with Title IX compliance primarily on the Florham Campus. This position serves on an on-call rotation with our Housing team and has optional live on housing at the Florham campus.
Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
1. A master’s degree in higher education, social work, administration/student personnel or related field.
2. Experience with alternative conflict resolution processes including, conflict coaching, mediation, and/or restorative practices.
3. Demonstrated understanding of residential life, community programming, leadership development, conflict resolution, and legal issues in higher education.
4. Commitment to professional development and professional associations as evidenced by memberships and/or presentations.
