3 weekend shifts per 4 weeks schedule
Rotate / eve or day holiday requirement

Unit : Stepdown / Med Surg
of beds : 20
Ratios : Stepdown 1 : 3 and Floor 1 : 5-6
Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Resp issues, weakness, UTI, AKI, chest pain
Are RNs required to titrate drips? yes
Common titratable & / or set rate drips : Heparin, insulin, Cardizem, aminodarone
Charge Nurse / House Supervisor : House Supervisor
Are there nurse aids on this unit / Ratios : Yes, 2 per shift
