Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Process payments accurately using cash register systems or Aloha POS, handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and organizing service stations for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in sit down dining settings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members alike.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and food industry standards is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest relations at all times.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3.75 - $5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
