What you will be doing :
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Coach and train front office employees
- Assist and perform all tasks of front desk operations
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Maximize rooms revenue strategies and practices
- Flexible shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
