Job Description
Reporting to the Housekeeping Leadership, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure Housekeeping departmental standards are followed
- wash, dry, fold, press room lines, guest cloths and uniforms.
- Maintain inventory in the laundry room.
- Respond timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items ie : cribs, cots, extra towels etc.
- Collect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from work space,
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the tower closets and restrooms
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
