Job Description
The main responsibilities of the turndown attendant are to maintain clean and attractive guest rooms while following company standards and safety / security procedures.
- 4 hour shifts (5 : 30-9 : 30 PM) / 5 days a week
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Fairmont Standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
- Comply at all times with Fairmont standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Clean and restock guest rooms.
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
