- Graduate of an accredited nursing program. MSN preferred.
- Three (3) years clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health population, previous clinical supervisory role in a psychiatric setting preferred.
- Licensure and registration by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners as a registered nurse, American Nursing Association Psychiatric Mental Health Certificate preferred.
- Prefer knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing principles, working concepts and theory, leadership skills, age specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis and behavior management.
