What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foundry Laborers and Mold Assemblers - 1st Shift position at Fairmount Foundry, Inc.?
We are hiring first shift Foundry Production Workers to join our team!
You will operate machinery, equipment, and power tools to help in the manufacturing and cleaning of iron and aluminum castings.
First shift: 4:00 AM - 1:30 PM Monday - Thursday. Hours on Fridays and Saturdays as required.
Requirements:
- Great attendance and work ethic!
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively communicate with other employees within the organization
- Requires standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and grabbing for entire shift
- Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing area, equipment and tools
