Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a coach and mentor for teams and leadership on Scrum processes, principles, and opportunities for continuous enhancement.
- Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe events while assisting teams in removing obstacles and resolving challenges outside their control.
- Lead the planning and execution of development initiatives for one or more products, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum/Flow Masters, developers, and stakeholders to achieve sprint objectives effectively.
- Promote self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability within the teams for optimal performance.
- Actively participate in resolving team conflicts and contribute to technical discussions to enhance project outcomes.
- Proficiency in agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities to guide teams in agile practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Kanban events.
- Proven experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs effectively.
