Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall development and product management of the Salesforce Provider Portal.
- Compile requirements for the Salesforce application to facilitate various business functions.
- Manage risks and issues related to design decisions.
- Define user roles, security settings, and access configurations such as User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, and Sharing Rules.
- Identify opportunities for application optimization, integration, redesign, or new development.
- Design applications that align with business processes and reporting requirements.
- Identify production risks and areas for improvement.
- Update and develop custom validations or code based on business needs.
- Support configuration updates to the Salesforce environment.
- Proficiency in the Salesforce Platform Community, Service Cloud, and Gov Cloud.
- Extensive experience with object-oriented programming languages including Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and Ruby.
- Ability to design applications that meet business processes and reporting needs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development environments and deployment options on the Lightning Platform.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with the Salesforce Platform Community, Service Cloud, and Gov Cloud.
- At least 7 years of experience in object-oriented programming.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
