Key Responsibilities
- Perform stakeholder analysis to identify needs and expectations.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.
- Document detailed current and future state process workflows adhering to BPM standards.
- Develop context diagrams, functional decomposition diagrams, and process workflows.
- Maintain and upload all diagrams in the Orbus Infinity iServer tool.
- Conduct gap analysis and produce essential documents including business process models, use cases, wireframes, and data dictionaries.
- Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements while maintaining the Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Collaborate with Business and Project Managers in creating procurement documents.
- Prepare and manage documentation and artifacts aligning with PMO methodologies.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, developers, and end-users to ensure application designs meet business requirements.
- Provide business analysis deliverables for procurement documentation and assist in its development as necessary.
- Support functional and integration testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
- Assist in system go-live activities.
- Author meeting minutes and facilitate communication across various audiences.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and various Agile-related documents.
- Strong writing and communication capabilities with a focus on relationship building.
- Results-driven with a robust work ethic demonstrating excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-divisional teams and sustain productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Capacity to work independently while exercising sound business judgment.
- Proficient in preparing and presenting documentation clearly and concisely.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Business Analysis principles and familiarity with PMI PMBOK® Guide.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Orbus Infinity iServer tool.
- Demonstrated experience in documenting functional requirements and technical specifications.
- A high-level understanding of application programming, database, and system design.
- Ability to manage complex assignments across multiple workstreams with challenging timelines.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Experience in advising customers regarding application customization strategies and interface designs.
