Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and perform comprehensive market research.
- Identify and document both current and future state process workflows utilizing BPM standards.
- Create and maintain context diagrams, functional decomposition diagrams, and process workflows in the Orbus Infinity iServer tool.
- Document gap analyses and produce essential business documents, including business process models and use cases.
- Gather, develop, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements while maintaining a Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Collaborate with Business and Project Managers to craft procurement documents.
- Build and maintain documentation and artifacts in accordance with PMO PM and BA methodologies.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, developers, and end users to ensure application designs align with business requirements.
- Provide business analysis deliverables for procurement documentation and assist in writing required documents.
- Support functional and integration testing, including user acceptance testing, and assist with system go-live activities.
- Author meeting minutes for distribution to various audiences.
- Create User stories and acceptance criteria, and develop other Agile documentation.
- Proven experience in documenting functional requirements and technical specifications for applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with team members and clients.
- Results-driven with a robust work ethic and exemplary negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams while maintaining positive and productive relationships.
- Ability to independently exercise sound business judgment in a diverse communication environment.
- Proficient in preparing and presenting clear and concise oral and written documents.
- Comprehensive understanding of advanced principles and practices in Business Analysis and familiarity with PMI PMBOK® Guide and Standards.
- Experience engaging with customers to advise on strategies and implications of application customization and interfaces.
- High-level understanding of application programming, database, and system design.
- Capability to manage complex assignments with multiple work streams and competing timelines.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and processes.
- Knowledge of the Orbus Infinity iServer tool.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Agile processes, SCRUM, and Kanban methods.
- Functional understanding of SharePoint and strong data analysis and migration skills across various data platforms.
